Terms of Use

Last updated August 14, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and The Peptide Doctors PLLC (“The Peptide Doctors,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of this website and our services. By using the site, completing our questionnaire, or booking a consultation, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

01 Not medical advice; no guarantee of treatment

Content on this website is for general education. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation, and it does not create a clinician–patient relationship. A clinician–patient relationship is established only after a licensed clinician completes an individual evaluation and accepts you as a patient. Completing our questionnaire or booking a consultation does not guarantee that treatment will be offered; eligibility, therapy selection, and all treatment decisions are made solely by a licensed clinician. Peptide therapy is not appropriate for everyone.

02 Emergencies

This site and our messaging channels are not for emergencies and are not monitored continuously. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

03 Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must be located in a state where our clinicians are licensed to provide care; we confirm this during evaluation
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information — clinical decisions depend on it

04 Telehealth

Consultations are provided by telehealth. Before receiving care you will be asked to review and agree to our Telehealth Informed Consent, which describes the benefits, limitations, and risks of receiving care remotely.

05 Appointments, cancellations, and fees

You may reschedule or cancel a consultation using the link in your confirmation messages or by contacting us. Please give as much notice as you can so the time can be offered to someone else. Any fees for consultations or treatment are disclosed to you before you are charged; costs of treatment are discussed at your consultation and nothing is ordered until you approve it.

06 Communications (email and text messages)

By providing your contact details you agree to receive transactional communications about your care: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, intake requests, and follow-ups about completing a booking you started. These are part of the service you requested.

Optional marketing messages are sent only if you check the separate consent box. Consent to marketing is not a condition of receiving care. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, HELP for help, or use the unsubscribe link in marketing email. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

07 Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false information or impersonate another person
  • Use the site on behalf of someone else without their authorization
  • Probe, disrupt, overload, or attempt to bypass security features
  • Scrape, harvest, or copy content or data except as the site intends
  • Use the services for any unlawful purpose

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

08 Intellectual property

The site, its design, text, graphics, and logos are owned by The Peptide Doctors PLLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes; no other license is granted.

09 Disclaimers

The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. This section does not limit any duty of care owed to you as a patient under applicable law once a clinician–patient relationship exists.

10 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Peptide Doctors PLLC and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, and our total liability arising from website use will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable professional liability for clinical care.

11 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold The Peptide Doctors PLLC harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these terms or misuse of the website, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or misconduct.

12 Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from website use will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to their jurisdiction. This section does not govern medical-malpractice claims, which are subject to applicable law.

13 Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions: care@thepeptidedoctorsrx.com. See also our Privacy Policy and Telehealth Informed Consent.
