Privacy Policy & Notice of Privacy Practices

Last updated August 14, 2026

This policy describes how The Peptide Doctors PLLC (“The Peptide Doctors,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, protects, and shares information when you use this website, complete our questionnaire, or receive care from our clinical team. It also serves as our Notice of Privacy Practices describing how protected health information (PHI) may be used and disclosed, and how you can access it. Please read it carefully.

01 Information we collect

Information you provide. When you complete our eligibility questionnaire or book a consultation, we collect your name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, state of residence, your wellness goals, and screening answers you choose to share (such as whether you take prescription medications or have medical conditions). If you become a patient, our clinical team collects a full medical history through a separate secure intake process.

Information collected automatically. We collect standard technical information: pages viewed, device type, referring website, and campaign parameters from advertising links (such as UTM tags and ad-click identifiers). We assign your browser an anonymous identifier so we can measure how the site is used.

02 How we use your information

  • To evaluate whether clinician-supervised care may be appropriate for you
  • To schedule, confirm, remind you about, and conduct consultations
  • To communicate with you about your care (transactional messages)
  • To send optional educational updates, only if you opt in
  • To operate, secure, and improve this website and our services
  • To measure advertising effectiveness without exposing your health information
  • To meet legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations

03 Protected health information (HIPAA)

Health information you provide in connection with care is treated as protected health information. We may use and disclose PHI for treatment (providing and coordinating your care), payment (billing and collecting for services), and health care operations (quality, training, and administration), and as otherwise required or permitted by law — for example, when required by court order, for public-health activities, or to prevent a serious threat to health or safety. We do not sell PHI, and we do not use or share PHI for marketing without your written authorization.

Your rights. You may request access to or a copy of your health records, request corrections, request restrictions on certain uses, request confidential communications, receive an accounting of certain disclosures, and file a complaint with us or with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights. We will never retaliate against you for filing a complaint. To exercise any right, contact us at care@thepeptidedoctorsrx.com.

04 What we deliberately keep out of advertising tools

We designed this site so that your health information stays out of marketing systems:

  • Analytics events contain no names, contact details, birth dates, or health answers — our systems reject them at a technical level
  • Advertising platforms receive only generic conversion signals (for example, “a consultation was booked”), never your questionnaire answers or any diagnosis or treatment information
  • Your health screening answers are never placed in URLs, cookies, or browser storage

05 Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of first-party cookies and browser-storage entries: a session identifier, an anonymous visitor identifier used for analytics and attribution, and temporary storage of your questionnaire selections so your progress is not lost if the page reloads. If we enable advertising pixels (such as Meta, Google, or TikTok), those providers may set their own cookies subject to their policies; we configure them to receive only non-health conversion events. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in settings; core booking features will still work.

06 How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, under contracts that limit their use of it:

  • Secure cloud hosting and database infrastructure
  • Email and text-message delivery providers (for care communications)
  • Scheduling and patient-intake systems
  • Our clinical team and, where applicable, partner pharmacies involved in your care
  • Professional advisors and authorities where required by law

Where a vendor handles PHI on our behalf, we require the safeguards applicable to business associates under HIPAA.

07 Security

All connections to this site are encrypted (TLS). Data is stored in access-controlled systems; administrative access requires authentication; webhooks from external systems are cryptographically verified; and links in our emails that relate to your booking are signed so they cannot be forged. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we apply safeguards appropriate to health-related information and review them regularly.

08 Retention and deletion

We keep lead and contact information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Medical records are retained for the period required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your information at care@thepeptidedoctorsrx.com; we will honor it except where the law requires us to retain records (for example, medical record retention requirements).

09 Your state privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — including the right to know what personal information we hold, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of certain sharing. We honor verified requests from residents of any state. Submit requests to care@thepeptidedoctorsrx.com; we respond within the timeframe your state requires and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

10 Communications preferences

Care-related messages (booking confirmations, appointment reminders, intake requests) are sent as part of providing services you requested. Optional marketing messages are sent only with your consent: unsubscribe links appear in marketing email, replying STOP to any text message stops texts, and you can withdraw any consent by contacting us. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect your care.

11 Age requirement

Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we will delete it.

12 Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be posted on this page. Questions, requests, or complaints: care@thepeptidedoctorsrx.com. See also our Terms of Use and Telehealth Informed Consent.
